Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging Biology lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Explain biological concepts clearly and encourage students to develop scientific thinking.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, practical activities, and assessments.
- Conduct and supervise Biology laboratory experiments while maintaining safety standards.
- Assess students’ learning and monitor their academic progress.
- Apply differentiated and student-centred teaching approaches to support different learning abilities.
- Encourage curiosity, inquiry, observation, and problem-solving through practical learning.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school activities and events.
- Participate in professional development programmes and other academic responsibilities.
